Without Clean Electricity, Plug-In Vehicles Aren’t So Hot
Carnegie Mellon just put out a new study discussing the GHG impact of conventional cars, hybrids, and plug-ins. The most interesting conclusion is that unless we clean up the grid, PHEVs aren't really worth that much. Still beat the pants of standard cars though!

Portal ending
Portal is one of the best games out. It's humor and playability makes up for the fact that it is short.

A recent study by researchers at the University of Washington determined that those babies who regularly watched the supposedly stimulating videos actually scored more poorly on an assessment survey of language development.

Looking Back In Anger

No, we must not only remember 9/11. We must also remain angry."
I think back on 9/11 and remember the emotion that our country experienced and the unity that this caused. I am disappointed in the people including myself, who have forgotten what brought us together, gotten back into our daily routine and continue in life, unchanged by our experiences.
